We kiln dry our furniture and this takes around two extra weeks depending on the moisture content of the furniture. If you do not want kiln dried furniture then of course the process reduces by two weeks.
We now finish with NC which is a lot stronger and longer lasting than shellac finish's. This also takes a little longer as our furniture goes through many more steps than normal shellac finishing.
