- Originally founded in 1995 as both a plumbing & heating company, founder and president, Gerard Maloney determined after some time that a shift to a HVAC only company was the direction that he and the company needed to make. “After being introduced to geothermal technology and realizing that we could combine the comforts of radiant heating with the ultra efficiency of a geothermal heat pump, I was sold. We immediately began putting all of our energy into ground source heating & cooling training and development for our staff. We researched all of the products available to us, and over time, have developed a wide knowledge base and gained volumes of practical hands on experience, which we are able to bring to the table for our clients.
