eOriginal is a technology company formed in 1995 to develop secure, document–centric, e–commerce transaction processing capabilities. Our goal was the realization of significant competitive advantage for our customers through the elimination of paper as the media of record for high–value contracts and agreements.

Aggregation of the technology, tools and participants into these secure web portals created functionality and content that enabled the first fully paperless financial transactions that incorporated legally enforceable electronic signatures with authenticated users and documents for purposes of non–repudiation.
Electronic Original documents, the digital equivalent of “wet-ink” originals, are secure, authentic and — more importantly — transferable through assignment, securitization and syndication in the Asset Backed Securities markets.
