In my opinion, Michael apparently believes that it is a service to online dating service shoppers to publish anything sent to him by anybody, who may or may not have actually used an online dating service and may or may not be telling the truth about the subject of the communication. In effect, any nut job or otherwise may communicate libelous and defamatory information ... and Michael Kantor publishes it on his Website. And that's also a fact.
For the past several days, I have invited Michael Kantor to respond to my Email and phone calls to discuss something he published about either me or others with the same name. If the quote from an identified source is about me, it is patently false. He is unresponsive and continues to retain the allegations on his website. I have asked him to remove the contents immediately to no avail.
Michael Kantor is quoted in articles on several websites. One such website suggests that anyone who comments on online dating services becomes an instant expert. http://www.expressindia.com/news/fullstory.php?newsid=32408. Where an information technology project manager gleans his insights and data to make such a statement is unclear.
"Men mostly complain about having to send out too many e-mails, and nobody responds," Kantor says in one online article. "Women complain they get too many e-mails, and they're all from losers." Pretty interesting comments from neither a non-social scientist nor a behavioralist nor a therapist. Apparently, Michael assumes anecdotes, true or not, are facts.

Of such wisdom, Michael Kantor entitles himself to publish libelous comments by sources too cowardly to identify (in this case) herself. His website is supposed to be an assessment of online dating services. Where the license to amplify libel comes from is a mystery, which will be addressed.
Unlike the woman Michael Kantor allegedly quotes, who fails to identify herself and admits to deceit ... and unlike his tortious conduct ... I am prepared to ensure that he comes out from hiding under his website, clearly identify himself, and test the proposition that anyone can defame anyone at any time and get away with it.
Michael Kantor will have the opportunity to discover the limitations of freedom of misrepresentation if he fails to cease and desist publishing reckless accusations.
