Having been launched during the fall out from the dot-com era, the timing could not have been worse for a new internet agency. All around us dot-com companies were dropping off the map. However our results and quality of service kept us growing as a company through this time. That growth was often based solely on the positive recommendations of clients.
This period not only strengthened our skill base, team and efficiency but provided many important lessons which still hold true today. These lessons can be summarised into one simple rule. Online businesses must be sustainable and accountable enterprises in themselves.
