We are very flexible people, however we have evolved our own tried and tested approach towards developing a web project. In our experience it helps the project run smoothly and ensures we deliver what is wanted. Although the approach may vary in detail from project to project it is likely to have elements of the following:
After acquiring a thorough understanding of your business or other requirements we would prepare a proposal with preliminary specifications, navigation scheme and architecture for the project and an estimate of the budget required.
Prepare detailed specifications. If there are any programmable features such as an e-commerce facility, booking/registration facility, email newsletter facility etc, we would prepare a full online prototype for the project. The prototype is viewable in a browser and illustrates the required functionality, however it has no aesthetics or programmed functionality.
