- Matthew Circle, the proud owner of Dymaloma Jams, has a life-long love of cooking and creating foods for others to enjoy. Matthew graduated from Houghton Lake High School in Michigan, then attended Florida Culinary Arts, and graduated with a chef's degree in 1996. He worked for many resorts and country clubs while still in Florida, and is now employed as the Sous Chef of a local casino. Since starting Dymaloma Jams, Matthew is finding that collectively it's everything he wants in a job. He gets to use his creative skills with new flavors, help folks with new food ideas, as well as spend more time with his family. He is hopeful that this will soon become his full time job. Whenever you are around him, you are sure to hear about his family and Dymaloma Jams.
