I am Panos Petrides from Cyprus, I buy a car from SHARLOT MOTORS a car registration number MIL230I Mercedes C180 and they dont send me the owners certifycate, and now I cannot take it out from the custom office because I dont have the owners log book. Please advice me what I have to do to take my car. How can I get a log book ( owners certifycate )?? I am ready to pay any cost to get this paper.
