As a small, privately owned company with diverse range of manufacturing equipment, such as a molding plant and enrober, it is capable of changing quickly and efficiently from one kind of product such as solid chocolate thins, to other such as filled chocolates - truffles, creams or nut centres some of the chocolates are still made by hand, just as they were when the company started more than fifty years ago.
