- This web site was originally set up for friends to use as a FTP server. But in time I decided to make it a public web site so everyone could reap the benefits of what I am trying to do. I am so sick of commercial companies charging so much for software. I understand that a lot of people have to be paid for doing their part for the software company. But the software companies don't understand that there are poor people as well who need access to computers and software.
