I'm also a computer columnist, Mac geek, and author of 48 books including Mac OS X Tiger for Dummies, GarageBand for Dummies, and others. And now I offer my consulting services right from this Web site, so if you need troubleshooting, training, or technical support for your Mac, you've come to the right place.
My mission is to provide expert technical help and training, in real time and at reasonable prices, via telephone, e-mail, iChat AV, and/or Internet-enabled remote control software we affectionately refer to as making a mouse call.
