Fair & Associates was started by a group of professionals who believed that integrity and service could be integral parts of the hiring practice in the healthcare industry. They believed that it was not all about the money. Nor was there a formula that could be applied to each job seeker's situation. With a primary focus on the satisfaction of both the hiring group and the physician, the other parts of the process fall naturally into place.
Though Fair & Associates provides national placement services for physicians and surgeons, it is a small company that will not attempt to do the work of a large firm. Some people might consider that a negative goal, but we consider it honest and important. We are not "small" in what we will do for you, we are only "small" in that you will receive personalized service. We will only take clients when we are positive we can offer the best personal service.
