pulled from site's meta descriptionIn 1950, the Commission of Education of Duke Memorial United Methodist Church established Duke Memorial Weekday School as a nursery school. Over the years, DMWS has grown to include over 160 children ages 2 yrs-Kindergarten and is fully staffed by a paid faculty. The emphasis of DMWS is on establishing an atmosphere of love, support, and security, and on building self-confidence.
