- DMST was established by director Dwayne Minch in 2003. Dwayne’s expertise has been gained during 20 years as a Plant Mechanic in the Hunter Valley mining industry. Dwayne has fulfilled roles as Maintenance Safety and Training Coordinator and Workshop Supervisor, he holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from UNE and in 2003 received the National Safety and Health Innovation Award from the Minerals Council of Australia for the development of Hydraulic Bleed Manifold. He is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Newcastle University.
