There was a problem with initialising the download program- and, before you took payment $19.99, I requested that you didn't. Also the vendor offered a 30 day money back guarantee- and I advised that payment was NOT to take place. My online banking advises you took payment after you were advised not to. You are simply taking money for nothing, and if it is not resolved within 7 days, then the matter will be reported to the computer magazines, blogs and a webPage with the relevant details will be posted for alongside the searches for digitalRiver.com.
