- Christine graduated with honors from the University of Akron, with special focus on pediatric nutrition and eating disorders. Since that time, she has worked with children and mothers in the area WIC program, with the elderly in long term care and with critically ill patients of all ages. Continued education has focused on weight loss, disease prevention and obesity, and earning a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association. Christine's goal has always been to work in wellness, promoting healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.
