Denham Management was founded in 1994 by Olawale Edun, formerly of Chase Manhattan Bank, The world Bank and IBTC. Having spearheaded the growth of the company, Mr Edun responded to the call to civic duty in 1999 by accepting an appointment as Honourable Commissioner for Finance Lagos State. The vision was to create an independent, world class investment management firm. Denham is registered with the Nigerian Securities & Exchange Commission as an Issuing House, Broker/Dealer, Investment Adviser and Portfolio Manager and is a Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. Denham has three main service offerings namely: Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory Services and Financial Advisory Services.
