- Gillian began teaching various forms of dressmaking and craft about 25 years ago. She only developed her Patchwork and Quilting skills whilst living in the remote north-west of Western Australia as a means of meeting new people. After moving to Mandurah, south of Perth WA, she again began teaching dressmaking, machine skills and Patchwork. Not happy with repeating designs Gillian began designed her own projects with "Australian Odyssey" being the first and to this date the most popular pattern in the range. She became addicted to foundation piecing and this forms a large part of her range.
