You have meandered your way to this web site through one means or another, and the obvious question has popped up. What is Deep Throttle? The name sounds kind of, umm, well you know. Or, maybe it has to do with the man who helped leak secrets to bring down the Nixon Presidency. More importantly, who is Deep Throttle?
Well, we've been around awhile now. Started out in the beginning of 1999. Since then, we have grown quite a bit. We've also changed, but the core purpose of Deep Throttle has not wavered.
Deep Throttle brings you hardcore opinions of the racing world that penetrate areas that others don't want to touch. We concentrate on the Bridgestone Presents The Champ Car World Series Powered by Ford for the Vanderbilt Cup -- considered by many to be the most competitive and exciting open wheel racing series on the planet today. We will also sometimes delve into the minor open wheel series, the sports car world, and Formula 1.
