The web site is dedicated to identifying areas within the United States and Canada where cellular phone calls are frequently dropped or where cell phone service is not available. Founded in 2001, Dead cell zones has rapidly become the "Wiki" of wireless coverage complaints. This term "wiki", means internet collaboration and that anyone can edit, correct, or improve information in our database. It is our mission to report these coverage complaints to wireless carriers to more effectively address these problems. We believe seamless wireless coverage can be achieved if carriers simply listen to their customers and prioritize network upgrades based frequency of complaints.
