- Dayspring Farm is a small hill farm in southeastern Vermont. We raise Irish Dexter Cattle and Lowline and other Angus Cattle for grass-fed beef. The Dexters are known as a dual purpose breed which produce excellent beef on grass and also rich milk and are popular as a homestead or small farm cow. Our meats are naturally raised on reminerilized soils. We sell meat by the cut, freezer pack or side.
