Description
In keeping with the ideals of "Krinwanto Vishwamaryam" the DAV Organization has been striving to spread the oriental culture, spiritual knowledge and philosophy for the benefit of people all over the world. In United Kingdom and United States of America DAV Societies have been formed. Similarly, a culture center has been opened under the auspices of DAV in Bangkok, Thailand.
In Middle East Asia and the island country of Mauritius a number of education colleges have been renamed as DAV Eastern College and is affiliated to DAV Society.
The motto of the school adopts a very macrocosmic growth of an individual in a larger family - the world as one whole, "Vashudhaiva Kutumbakam". Recognizing the need to create global citizens, the curriculum of the school is so designed that it takes all the potentialities and capabilities of a child into consideration so as to lead to the all-round development of the child. A child fit to succeed in any environment.
