Description
Our mission is to develop quality medical software that is scalable (using client/server architecture) to meet the growth needs of our customers. A key focus is to provide affordable solutions without the need for customization or continuing support. Our systems are distributed directly from our web site for our new or established customers. They are available for evaluation free of charge and without annoying registration or sales calls.
Development of our Med-Center product line began in the fall of 1995. In the spring of 1998, Med-Center version 1.0 was released with limited distribution for evaluation. Within the year, extensive restructuring and feature enhancements produced a beta release in the spring of 1999. Med-Center v2.1 with electronic claims submittal was released in January of 2000. It was again revised and released as version 2.2 in June of 2000 sporting additional capabilities and improvements. Version 3.0 extended the capability to include Macintosh workstations and servers. Version 3.1 improved the user interface for all supported platforms and added the ability to run on Tablet PCs. HIPAA Compliant 4010A1 Professional Claim Transaction Set was added in version 3.2 for enhanced electronic claim submission to clearinghouses. Version 3.3 greatly improved the appointment module and added waiting patient tracking. Version 4.0 added a double entry accounting module, an improved payment entry system, and an updated database engine boasting improved speed and reliability.
All of our updates to date have been free to our established customer base and we hope to continue this trend while adding valued features.
