Description
Gourmet Coating was developed by a wildlife biologist while residing on a large National Wildlife Refuge in Northern Minnesota. Fishing was a way of life in those days and fish were a mainstay on the dinner table. After years of taste testing and conducting fish fry's at local wildlife events, it became apparent that this was a product that should be shared and marketed at the National level. Many fishing folks and other wildlife officials in the Dakotas and Minnesota proclaim that it is one of the best they have ever eaten.
Gourmet Coating is a delicious blend of flour, savory herbs and spices for use in baking, grilling or frying chicken, fish, shrimp, a variety of other meats and veggies, including potatoes, onion rings, egg plant, mushrooms and zucchini.
A large company that is federally inspected packs our original recipe in a one-pound canister and a 6-ounce packet. Each canister is foil sealed for quality and safety. The 6-ounce package contains an individually sealed packet inside of a primary carton. Gourmet coating is certified kosher pareve.
