World nations are bracketed into Developed, Developing and Under-developed economic status. During the past 150 years has any nation in the Developing and Under-developed economic brackets broken their shells and emerged into the universe of Developed status ? No !! “For the past 100 years, the rate of growth of output in developing world has depended on the rate of growth of the developed world. Is this linkage inevitable ?”. This was a question raised and the problems were tackled through an economic approach by Sir. Arthur Lewis (1915-1991. Nobel Laureate in Economic Science-1979). In his Nobel prize paper "The slowing down of the Engine of Growth", he designed a methodology to break this eternal linkage. As an associate of Professor Lewis (1982-1986), the author of this site has furthered this research by identifying the root cause of the international economic ties. The outcome were an Algebraic (http://www.drvsrs.com/mgmtfull.htm) and a Geometric (http://www.drvsrs.com/sedfull.htm) econometric models. The reasons were found to be the domestic population, their elected representatives in their government and the entrepreneurs in the private corporate sectors have not jointly acquired the break-even ingredients to take-off the nation into a higher status !! Energy & Mass Integration
Albert Einstein (Nobel Laureate of 1921) created a binding equation between the Energy and the Mass (Matter) as E = MC2, and said "Science without religion is lame and Religion without science is blind". But the concept of ENMALISP in this web site has integrated the Energy, Mass, Life and Space, and unified both Einstein's mathematical equation as well as his philosophy. Indian Names for all Constellations in the sky !
I was looking through the website http://www.drvsrs.com/starsnew.htm when I suddenly saw the Indian names for most of the 88 constellations. Now, I am familiar with the Indian names of the 12 zodiacal constellations, and even the 27 (or 28) nakshatras. I was however not familiar with the Indian names for the non-zodiacal constellations. I was particularly surprised by the Indian names given to the constellations in the southern hemisphere. I know that Abbe Nicolas Lacaille mapped and named fourteen constellations in the Southern hemisphere (Caelum, Pictor, Sculptor, Antila, Circinus, FoIndian Names for all Constellations in the sky !rnax, Horologium, Microscopium, Norma, Octans, Pyxis, Reticulum, Telescopium, & Mensa) between 1751 and 1752. So it did come as a surprise that the Indians had names for most these !

LUCK - What is it ? How to Get it !!
I was searching for a method to get luck and enjoy it. In the net search I come acroos (http://www.drvsrs.com/goodluck.htm). From this I understood that LUCK is getting something which one never aimed for. It has to come on its own. This is supported with a Victorian luck, Lucky Laureate and a Lucky Terrorist. Indira Gandhi on Productivity
Indira Gandhi replied that " The term Productivity has three implications. In a work level, it upgrades the skills and the efficiency of individuals; in a corporate level, it aids cost reduction; and in a national level, it increases the supply of goods at Socially acceptable Quality as well as at Economically justifiable prices. Gandhi - An Economist's Eye View
The foundation for the independence approach of Mohandas Karam Chand Gandhi or Mahathma Gandhi, were more based on Social and Personal freedom than Economic independency and prosperity of the people concerned. British rulers in South Africa and India strategically used the social wedges as a tool to utilise the occupied territory and people, for the economic gains of Britain and their people. Any Psyco-social management action on the public can overpower the management decision of any ruler, however powerful they may be. A social freedom movement develops attractive domestic economic concepts. But, without any thought, methodology or any plan to create the resources, infrastructure and input to achieve the same. Social freedom inducts domestic orientation. Opens up the past cultural heritages. Pools the people and their thoughts towards self development. But a strategic management methodology to achieve the same are absent. Literature, the inner spirits and social freedom thoughts go together. But how to get economic prosperity, rule and manage the nation after independence were completely blank. Social freedom, not based on economic development orientation and a blind belief that people can rule themselves leads to apartheid, unsafe alliances, export of local talents to developed nations and a looping poverty. Management and Productivity (Both Government and Private) concepts and evaluation should be with reference to Socio-Economic Development units, than unilateral quantum and financial units. Intangible (Psychological, Social, Environmental, International and Universal) components should be given more importance, than physical and financial factors. Domestic investments should be from Domestic Savings. Domestic technology (Latest moderated to suit local environments) should be manned by Domestic Manpower.
