Scrap Reclaim Systems Recycling Systems are integrated systems of equipment designed to accomplish a specific goal. Whether processing PET bottles, tires, HDPE milk jugs, various films, fiber, industrial scrap, co-mingled scrap, purgings, etc, a system can be designed to meet the processing, separation, and reclamation goals of the user. Outside equipment and technologies are integrated into the systems, to accomplish the specific goals set forth.
Pelletizers Pelletizers are another subset, and are a technology designed to provide uniform pellets of resin, following its extrusion through a strand die face. Whether virgin or reclaimed material, once the resin is extruded and cooled, the pelletizer cuts the strands at high speed, yielding pellets of a prescribed size for optimal processing in manufacturing environments.
