Description
Established in 1995, our aim as a company was to offer high quality wild harvested shellfish. To achieve the high quality demanded the fishing method we adopted was by the use of divers. We still retain our own team of divers, and also select our shellfish from around the country to meet demand.
All our products are caught from classified waters to ensure their quality, and are dispatched from our own premises in North Ayrshire where we have the facility to hold the shellfish in Depuration, (purification) tanks.
The success we experienced in our first few years, through the quality of our products, lead us to consider further developing our business in to the farming of shellfish. The species we selected to farm was oysters. The site we chose for our farm proved to take full advantage of the excellent conditions that the wild species of shellfish enjoyed!
