Additionally, Cuervo Appraisers, Inc. is an active member of foreign institutions like the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) based in Washington, DC, USA and the ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA) with its Permanent Secretariat Office based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia of which Mr. Morales served as AVA President from 1997 to 1999 and Mr. Federico Cuervo is the present Vice President and Chairman of the Philippine Chapter.
