Customer Service Group has been the Customer Service Week Celebration Source for over a decade. Each year, the Group creates a new theme and logo for Customer Service Week and provides information, resources and inspiration to help companies celebrate.
In addition to sponsoring Customer Service Week and operating the official Customer Service Week website, www.CSWeek.com, the Customer Service Group also provides management and training materials including books and newsletters for service and support professionals at every level within the organization. The International Customer Service Association (ICSA) began Customer Service Week in 1988. Through the association’s diligent efforts the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event in 1992.
