Cryogenic treatment is the freezing of metal to -300 degrees below zero for a period of 20 to 30 hours depending on the type of metal being treated. The total cryo process takes about 40 to 48 hours.
This treatment increases the strength of most metals by 30% to 50%, increases the resistance to wear by around 100% and increases the resistance to fatigue by about 100%, making a super strong and durable metal part.
