Description
I use a variety of tools and techniques to complete each portrait but it is always a give and take creative process. My best work is often the result of close collaboration with the portrait client. The source material can be as simple and general as a description from a text based roleplaying game or include complete character histories, sketches and reference photos. I try to capture and convey the personality of the character. I want each portrait to be unique, not a generic figure with the clothing and weapons changed to match an inventory.
