Concerned Residents of Hammond (CROH) came together quickly when the town board of Hammond, in what seemed an arbitrary fashion, passed Local Law no. 2 of 2008 - The Wind Energy Facility Local Law for the Town of Hammond, October 27, 2008. It was evident from our first meeting November 1, 2008 that this was an awakening for many as to the governing of our community. Questions were raised at Public Hearings.
