As busy working mothers we had tried several home ironing companies and were disappointed with the service. We decided to start our own service that combined consistent customer care with real value for money, consequently we have rapidly become the most popular and cost effective service in the Herts area.
Creases policy is NOT to over charge customers and to offer a quality, cost effective service. We believe that charging by the hour is too ambiguous, and have introduced a tariff that charges per item - this allows our customers to calculate their bills before we collect, using the websites interactive prices section that includes a handy calculator and online order forms you can print out.
