The trials and tribulations encountered by him in tackling these issues and realizing that there was no place to turn to for help led him to the conclusion that an information source and common market place was necessary. In the enviable tradition of successful internet market places, the internet and a website provided the obvious solution. Thus, CPAmatchup was launched in the fall of 2005.
A young accountant who wants to own her own business, has the technical expertise, would like to buy-into a practice, but has limited capital. She wants to join forces with an existing sole proprietor to help him grow and ultimately buy him out.
