Why CozaHost?
After about 15 years in the IT industry, we founded CozaHost in 1999 with the realization that most businesses could not get the help and expert advice needed to successfully use the internet to grow.
Having being involved with the internet since it arrived in South Africa, we understood that the internet is not the next silver bullet to solve all business problems. It is a powerful technology that enables business - just like the telephone and fax machine did.
What concerned us (and eventually lead to the creation of CozaHost) was that most ISPs had no idea at all on how to help their customers do business on the internet. Sure, they could supply the technology like web servers, email services and the like - but as to how to get an internet visitor to buy a product - no clue.
