The reason this County Grand Jury Pool is being created is because members here agree with Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia when he said "In fact, the whole theory of its function is that it belongs to no branch of the institutional Government, serving as a kind of buffer or referee between the Government and the people."
this particular effort to awaken freedom in the people has been inspired by the SAGA of 93 year old Evelyn Schwartz in her battle with Adult protective services who are bent on taking control over her person and estate against her will. Probate gangs around the country are doing to many others the same as is being done to Eve.
We must stop this criminal behavior. If one of us does not consent to intrusion by others, we must protect his right not to be accosted because we will be the one being accosted next.
