Description
Don Robertson - Started Cost Recovery Services in 1996. He trained to perform phone cost recoveries in 1996 through The American Institute in Miami, Florida. Prior to that he sold Stromberg-Carlson centeral office switches to phone companies in the midwest, and then Teradyne's computerized testing systems to phone companies in the midwest and in New England. Don graduated from the University of South Florida with a Business Degree in 1972, and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army Special Forces in 1978. He has two grown daughters and lives near Tampa, Florida.
Rita Weichert - Graduated from the University of Florida in 1977. She has more then twenty years experience in office managment, and was self-employed as an accountant for medical professionals and small businesses when she joined CRS in 1999. She is married, has one son, and lives in Archer, Florida.
Some larger clients are Marriott Hotels, WCJB TV 20, and the City of Gainesville . In November 1999 CRS signed a contract with the Florida League of Cities to provide phone cost recovery services to its member cities. Since then CRS has audited the phone costs of 17 Florida cities through this FLC arrangement, including the state capitol, Tallahassee, and Jacksonville, Florida's largest city.
