I have email service with Coqui.net and technical support has deteriorated over the last five years. I have been trying for more than a week to have my account open. I cannot sen nor receive emails for more than a week. I have sent emails to their technical support and also called but i have not received any answer for my emails nor the calls have solved the problem. On Saturday morning I was told to call on Monday when the supervisor is in the office. My work has been affected, since most of my email is sent to my coqui email address.
