Coombe Mill is set in 8 1/2 acres of land comprising woodland, meadow and a stream. The accommodation is on 3 floors and comprises 1 en-suite double bedroom (with King-size Bed) on the top floor and 2 further bedrooms (1 Double and 1 Twin/Bunk Room) on the lower Ground Floor with separate bathroom and shower.The middle level of the Mill has an open plan Living Room with TV and Dining Room with access to a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. A spiral staircase takes you up to a balcony and the en-suite master bedroom. Electric storage heaters provide heating, and there is also an open fire and a supply of wood.
The garden with picnic table/bench offers the opportunity to enjoy alfresco dining and opens out on to the meadow where you can take a walk along the stream. There is gentle outdoor lighting so that you can make use of the garden on warm evenings.
