Contact 24/7 emanated from an 18 month development of a sophisticated integrated wireless and networked email package to meet a specific need. The result was so successful that it was decided to "productionise" the system so that it could easily and quickly be rolled out for any customer. Consequently, Contact 24/7 was formed and as the name implies, the email is on line 24/7 (wireless or base station) so no need for any dial up connections.
The system is flexible so can work for any number of users, using a company's existing web browser and with a wide range of pocket pcs, PDA devices or WAP phones. This makes it particularly suitable for SME size companies who don't have huge budgets to throw at sophisticated solutions. In fact the running costs of our system work out cheaper in general than a company doing it themselves. It is also very simple to set up with very little input required from the customer.
