Marta received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston and obtained a post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy Training from the Menninger Institute. She is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and has extensive training in negotiation and mediation. Marta has taught Mediation, Dissolution of Marriage and Civil Litigation at Webster University and St. Louis Community College and is currently adjunct faculty at St. Louis University in the Graduate School of Social Work. She also conducts mediation training seminars for lawyers and mental health professionals. Cheryl received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. She is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois and has over ten years of experience in litigation and negotiation. Cheryl is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and presently sits on the Board of Governors as a Member at Large. In addition, Cheryl has also completed Guardian Ad Litem Training and extensive Mediation Training.
Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree from SIUE. She later earned a Legal Assistant Certificate from St. Louis Community College at Meramec. Linda is currently a part-time graduate student at Washington University. She has been employed as a paralegal for Marta J. Papa P.C. since 1994. Her duties include assisting the attorney with drafting legal documents, legal research and client contact.
