Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) (National Association of Realtors®) 5% all Realtors have achieved this designation. Equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Real Estate. Requires completion of an extensive advanced course series, and documented successful completion of hundreds of transactions. www.crs.com
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)(National Association of Realtors) 4% of all Realtors have achieved this designation. Requires successful completion of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council course, and documented successful completion of specific Buyer Agency transactions.
