- Colonial Home Care assists elderly clients with personal care and activities of daily living in their own homes. Our Home Care aides can help with such things as bathing assistance, dressing assistance, personal hygiene assistance, ambulation assistance, therapy exercises, bathroom assistance, incontinence care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, errands, and companionship. Colonial Home Care provides only non-medical services, or custodial care services, one on one in a clients home or care facility. Clients with whom we work often suffer medical conditions or illnesses such as Alzheimers disease, dementia, cancer, stroke, heart attack, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, congestive heart failure, and hospice related conditions.
