- The Collierville Park System currently has fourteen (14) Community or Neighborhood Parks with approximately 300 acres of parkland, 26 athletic fields, 6 tennis courts, 10.5 miles of greenbelt trials, 12 play structures, and 7 concession/restroom buildings. As the Town of Collierville has grown, the role of the department maintenance division has changed drastically. Once relegated to simply caring for park grounds, the division now maintains, not only park acreage, but all public grounds and landscaping with the exception of our Fire Stations, all ROW areas within the town limits, and all street medians. This division has met these new challenges without sacrificing the quality to which the Citizens of Collierville have grown accustomed.
