CollegeKey is a free online service created for college counsellors and students approaching the end of their high school careers, as well as parents and teachers. Focussing on the needs of students applying to Canadian and American colleges and universities, CollegeKey is essentially an extensive and highly organized list of links to useful web sites relating to the university application process. The web site is separated into two main parts: CollegeKey Home, and CollegeKey Comprehensive.
CollegeKey Home, in being the first page most visitors see, is a collection of select links -- the ones that would likely be the most frequently accessed and of the best quality. Within each category, there are sections that further organize those links so that they can be easily found. Although CollegeKey Home is meant as a quick-access links page, there are indeed some 500 links from that page alone. CollegeKey Home has, furthermore, a "Search Bar" that allows visitors to use the most popular search engines directly from CollegeKey.
CollegeKey Comprehensive follows the same basis set for CollegeKey Home, and is accessible from the CollegeKey Directory at the top of the CollegeKey Home page. Each of the six major categories are expanded upon in much greater detail, providing indices with many more links.
