Welcome to the City of London Academy – Islington’s website. The Academy is a mixed Academy for students aged 11 to 16 years (11 – 18 from 2010). There are approximately 845 students at the Academy. The student population is rich in cultural and linguistic diversity with over 40 different languages being spoken. In addition to English, the main other languages are Turkish and Somali. We are an inclusive Academy.
