Our Background
Conostix is a young and dynamic company, founded in Luxembourg in August 2001. The team is made up of computer security professionals, who are also active in software engineering and free software methodology.
The company's strategy is oriented towards product development in a niche of the security market : centralized security management. Conostix has designed and develops the IPFC technology to keep control over a wide and disparate IT infrastructure by collecting all events happening in that infrastructure, enabling a correlation of information on which appropriate actions can be taken. The IPFC technology allows a fast deployment in any existing infrastructure, and allows to evolve at reduced cost, independently of any security vendor or manufacturer.
Our Solutions
During the Internet hype, a lot of investments have been made in interconnecting networks with appropriate security measures. Maintaining security infrastructures is very costful and difficult. Based on the IPFC technology developed, Conostix markets a product and a service line. Products are designed for customers that have the resources available to accurately manage and monitor the IT security infrastructure. Managed security services will be offered to those customers that want to outsource several day-to-day tasks either by the lack of resources, either because the workload does not permit the hire of a dedicated security engineer. Conostix products and managed services offer a solution to decrease the total cost of ownership by increasing the security level of an organization.
