Shipping Information
Most products are shipped UPS ground. Standard shipping (four to eight business days) is free. Rush shipping options appear on your order form. For expedited shipping is available at additional cost by calling Clocko.Floor clocks are shipped by Bekins Roadway Express or other freight service.Most floor clocks arrive at their destination in under three weeks. Sorry, No COD orders.
Clocko is happy to make exchanges and handle refunds. To make an exchange or request a refund, you must call us at (888) 899-7483 no later than two weeks after you receive your purchase. We grant a special 'holiday' extension allowing an additional two weeks on items ordered within two weeks of Christmas. If you need consideration for special circumstances, you must ask us at the time you order.Terms: Returned items will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price, plus a shipping charge equal to our real shipping cost. If you wish to make an exchange for a similarly priced clock, we will waive the restocking portion of the return charge. Return fees will be waived if we have made a material misrepresentation of the product.Gift returns: We can not accept returns for cash or credit from a gift recipient. We will gladly exchange the item for an exact replacement, or issue a credit against the credit card used to purchase the item.Please note that grandfather clocks and other items shipped by truck are non-returnable. Please ensure that you have ordered correctly and that we have answered all questions concerning the suitability of your clock.
