- The owner Chuck Henrichsen originated in the pest control industry and his background has transferred over to insulation. Clean Crawl will handle rodent and critter issues. We will determine a good program to eradicate the current issue that will provide a long term solution. Clean Crawl is unique in that we specialize in the removal of insulation, wood debris, vapor barrier, animal fecis and various unwanted debris from both lower crawlspaces and attics. We also have specialized equipment to treat odor problems with the use of a highly effective non toxic agent called Expel. There are a variety of reasons for the need of our services; some of those are damage due to rodents (rats & mice), opossums, raccoons, otters, minks also moisture, insufficient R rating and cellulose debris from construction, remodeling, mold growth and others.
