With the growing concern from the community, along with a loss of tax revenue, the Clarksville Police Department will initiate a program to encourage and promote Indiana Law regarding out-of-state vehicle registration and drivers license conformity. The program "Indiana Vehicle Registration and License Compliance" (IVRLC) will commence on June 1, 2001. IVRLC will be implemented in a four-step procedure: Information is currently being collected regarding out of state vehicle registrations.
